Coo Intelligence Agency is a deadpan idle game about running the Bureau that replaced the world's birds with surveillance drones — and the field manual is real ornithology.
The pigeons are seventh-generation hardware. They are looking rough. This is consistent with what civilians observe.
Every asset in the Bureau roster comes as a dossier: a sincere, accurate field guide on the left, and the Bureau's increasingly nervous internal reframe on the right — half of it redacted. The crow "funerals" ornithologists documented? Internally those are debriefs. We have lost the ability to ████████. The collectible is the lore.
Section A is real. Every fact about every bird is checked against the actual ornithology — the crow that remembers your face for years, the nutcracker that recovers tens of thousands of buried seeds from memory, the great tit that hunts hibernating bats. You came to run a surveillance agency. You will leave able to ID a House Sparrow at forty feet. We apologize for nothing.
Idle progression across seven biomes, from the City tier (pigeons, sparrows, the occasional autonomous-class corvid) outward. No pay-to-win — the rare birds are earned, never bought. Just you, a growing roster of compromised wildlife, and a memo registry that is starting to contradict itself.
Lore is the collectible. A sample of the assets currently on file:

The Bureau is reviewing candidates ahead of deployment. Submit your address and you will be notified the moment clearance opens — first access, the launch-day briefing, and the occasional declassified dossier in the interim.

A satirical idle/tycoon mobile game. You run a bureaucratic intelligence agency whose field assets are, regrettably, all the birds. It is played for the writing — the dossiers, the redactions, the memos — as much as the numbers going up.
Yes. The field-guide half of every dossier is real ornithology, fact-checked. The Bureau's interpretation of those facts is where we take liberties. The birds are not editorialized; the agency is.
That's the cultural water we swim in, the way an office sitcom lives downstream of every office. Coo is its own thing: the joke here is the bureaucracy — the deadpan agency that has to file paperwork on a continent of uncountable warblers and accept gifts it is afraid to refuse. Our designations, our memos, our coinage. No affiliation with anyone else's.
Free to play. No pay-to-win — the legendary and mythic assets are hard to earn and never sold for money. Purchases, if you make them, are lore unlocks and cosmetics.
To be determined — clearance applicants are notified first.
